Long exposure on the beach
On Sunday afternoon we went for a walk at Shoreham. The beach on Basin Road isn’t much to talk about. Mostly stones and gravel, and directly next to the power station, port and industrial sector of the town. It’s a bit grim – but there were a few families enjoying the seaside including a large group of people with a middle eastern origin with large rugs spread on the stones cooking up the most wonderfully spiced and scented food being cooked over an open fire. Here’s the much photographed outfall from the basin into the sea. Normally photographed at high tide, here’s my take on i when the tide is out.
